Golf Operations Staff
We are looking for hard-working, customer service oriented people to help create the best possible experience for our guests. If you are personable, reliable, enjoy talking to guests and helping create an exceptional experience, than this is a great area for you! A background in golf is helpful, but not required. Positions on our golf operations staff include Pro Shop Attendant, Outside Services Representative, and Starter/Ranger.

Front of House Staff
The Grill at Harbor Shores is now accepting applications for Front of House operations including: Bartenders, Servers, Hosts, and Bussers. If you have a passion for people, are driven, and enjoy working hard as a part of a team, we would love for you to join our experienced team! Extensive years of experience is not required. We can train the right personality, as long as the right candidate possesses a positive attitude, and the willingness to learn. Other Food and Beverage related positions available are working at our Halfway House and also our beverage cart.

The Grille at Harbor Shores is now accepting applications for our Kitchen Staff. We would love for you to join our team to help provide the highest quality food in Southwest Michigan. We are mainly a from scratch kitchen that is responsible for day-to-day restaurant service, the food needs for the Harbor Shores Golf Course, and an event facility that can accommodate 200+ hundred guests. We are also the host for the 2018 KitchenAid SPGA championship, which is a nationally televised golf tournament that is expected to draw over 60,000 patrons to our course for the week.
Available positions in the kitchen are hot line, cold line, and prep cooks. We are looking for people with experience in the kitchen who are responsible, knowledgeable on how to follow a recipe, have basic kitchen etiquette, and know health department safe food practices. Extensive years of experience is not required. We can train the right personality, as long as the right candidate possesses the ability to work hard and be punctual.
